Los Feliz Charter School for the Arts After School News — K–6th Grades
LFCSA’s enrichment program provider, Enrichment Educational Experiences, will continue to offer two after-school programs on our Media Center campus. “E3″ (Enrichment Educational Experiences) offers children a structured environment featuring a variety of hands-on enrichment classes taught by specialists. A schedule of classes for Session III beginning on February 13 can be downloaded here. “EASE” (Exciting After School Experiences) will provide an alternative option that allows children to participate in various free-form activities under the supervision of playground staff.

E3 Dismissal-New Added Option!
1. You can use the same procedure as last year. Call the E3 on-campus site phone number listed above in order for a staff member to bring your child to the pick-up area. A staff member will be at the gate and hand off your child to a school aide, at which time he/she will wait at the gate until you pull up in your car and then escort your child to your car. Our staff member will sign your child out for the day.
2. NEW OPTION! Park your car in the school parking lot and enter through the main gate to pick up your child. You will not need to call the site phone, as you will be picking up your child directly. Please let the staff member at the gate know you are an E3 parent picking up your child and he/she will sign out your child when you leave. To avoid congestion in the car pool lines, it would be best to pick up your children after the last dismissal and after they have participated in our great classes!

EASE Dismissal
We will use the same procedure as last year. Please call the E.A.S.E. on-campus phone number listed below in order for a staff member to bring your child to the pick-up area. An E.A.S.E. staff member will be at the gate and hand off your child to a school aide, at which time he/she will wait at the gate until you pull up in your car and then escort your child to your car. Our staff member will sign out your child for the day.
Whenever possible, please pick up your child after 4:00 p.m. in order to avoid traffic congestion. Parents arriving after 4:00 p.m. should park in the LFCSA-designated parking spaces, walk to the gate located near the playground and call the E.A.S.E. staff to notify them of your arrival. A staff member will escort your child to the gate.
