F.A.Q

  1. Q: When will I find out if I received a spot?

A: We will begin to notify families for enrollment spots starting March 14th.

  1. Q: If I am offered a spot, how long do I have to accept?

A: You will be contacted by phone and email. You will be given 24 hours to accept the spot. Note: if you applied under either the Free and Reduced Lunch Program or Glassell Park Elementary school lottery preference level, validation of information is required prior to being admitted. You will be asked to sign up for an appointment to bring in documents to validate your information.

  1. Q: As spots are being filled, how can I follow up where I am on the waitlist?

A: The waitlist will be updated on the school website on the first Wednesday of each month.

  1. Q: Can I visit the school before enrolling?

A: Yes. Once you accept your spot you can tour the school again on March 28th at 9:00 a.m.

  1. Q: What is the Enrollment Process?

A: Once you accept your spot you will be sent a link to our enrollment site. You will have until March 31st to complete your enrollment forms. If you do not have access to the Internet, please contact the front office (323-539-2810) for a hardcopy of the enrollment packet.

Once enrolled you will be invited to join us for an important orientation meeting on April 7th. This parent/guardian only event will give incoming families information about our program, policies, and community building, so that there can be a smooth and informed transition to our school.
